
The Faculty of Management (FOM) recently conducted a Knowledge Transfer Programme (KTP) on AI-Powered Digital Marketing for聽 staff members of Supersafe Industries Sdn. Bhd on 3 June 2026. The programme was led by Dr. Jack Ng Kok Wah, with assistance from Dr. Goh Han Hwa, as part of faculty鈥檚 ongoing efforts to support industry partners in adapting to the evolving digital landscape.
Designed to strengthen digital competencies in the workplace, the programme introduced participants to the practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing and business operations. Through a series of interactive sessions and hands-on activities, participants explored how AI-driven tools can be leveraged to enhance content creation, streamline business communication, generate creative ideas, and improve the efficiency of marketing-related tasks.
The training covered key areas including the fundamentals of AI in digital marketing, AI creative tools and copilots, as well as creative design solutions using Canva AI. Participants were given the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with emerging technologies that are increasingly shaping modern business practices.
The initiative was tailored to address the company’s aspirations to strengthen its digital marketing capabilities while improving workplace productivity. By equipping employees with relevant digital skills, the programme aimed to support the organisation鈥檚 efforts towards innovation and continuous improvement in an increasingly competitive business environment.
The programme received encouraging feedback from participants who appreciated the practical insights and hands-on exposure to AI applications.
